Continuing from folio 22 (D25565) is a view of Hawick from Millers Knowes to the east of the town. The present page shows the Stirling Water, a tributary of the River Teviot with its confluence in Hawick, shown on the continuing page.
At the top of the page is a sketch of a ruined building which has not been identified but may be the same as the ruins sketched on folios 19 verso–20 (D25560–D25561).
