This narrow rectangular strip (with one corner trimmed at a slight angle) is fed through slots in the perpetual calendar printed on folio 92 verso (D41028) of this Dutch-produced notebook. It is printed with a fortnight’s days of the week, ‘Zondag. | Maandag. | Dingsdag. | Woensdag. | Donderdag. | Vrijsdag. | Zaturdag.’, repeated up to a second ‘Zaturdag.’ Turner has written abbreviate English equivalents in pencil beside the second sequence: ‘Sun | Mon | Tues | Wed | Thur | Fri | Sat’. French versions are also noted in pencil on the main page to the left of where the strip is visible.
There is part of a pencil drawing on the other side (D41027), where it lay over the surface of folio 92 recto (D32443).
