This page shows half of a sketch which continues on folio 4 verso (D25769) with a view of New Brighton Lighthouse and Fort. On the present page are the low cliffs of New Brighton beach in the foreground. There is a view from the other side of this rocky peninsular on folio 3 verso (D25767), and further views of Liverpool on folios 1 verso–7 verso (D25763–D24775).
