Blind-stamped with the Turner Bequest monogram towards bottom right
A label inscribed by Turner ‘Le Pont de Diable Mt Gothard’ is numbered ‘7’, as is this drawing. The drawing was taken from the road from Andermatt, looking along the River Reuss towards the Devil’s Bridge; the road towards Wassen runs along the right bank of the river.
