Continued from folio 28 verso (D25578) with the sketchbook inverted is a view of Derwentwater from near Friars Crag. There are three boats at anchor on the present page and what is probably a boat-house at the bottom right of the page. Beyond the lake are the distinctive notch-shape of Eagle Crag and the other hills of the Borrowdale Fells.
