Continued from folio 6 verso (D25773) is a sketch of Liverpool from Birkenhead. The most prominent landmarks on the present page are, from left to right, the domes of St Paul and the Town Hall, and the three spires of the churches of St Nicholas, St George in Derby Square and St Thomas in Park Lane. Of these only St Nicholas still stands today. In front of the two domes is a row of vertical dashes representing the masts of ships in Princes Dock.1
