There are two sketches of Ben Lomond on this page, both made from the deck of a steamboat on the loch.1 In the top sketch it is shown at the left of the picture and is viewed from due west, while it is shown at the right of the bottom sketch where it is seen from the south-west. Ben Lomond is also included in a sketch on folio 14 (D26645). For references to further sketches of Loch Lomond in the present sketchbook see folio 17 verso (D26652).
