This side of the page, not described by Finberg, is now bound as the recto. It contains three sketches:
i. (main sketch) The Castle of Chillon from a close viewpoint to the west, looking towards Villeneuve Church on the left.
ii. (top left) A few lines of continuation to the right of the sketch of Geneva from the north-west on the opposite page (D29149; Turner Bequest CCXCIII 60a).
iii. (top right) A very quick thumbnail sketch of Chatelard Castle from near Morgex in the Val d’Aosta backed by mountains, inscribed below, ‘Chatelard’.
