This sketch records the view looking south from a rocky nab to the right, with conspicuous bedding to the rock outcrop and a building, perhaps a small tower, above, with cliffs in the distance. The building is possibly the same one seen in (D11924; Turner Bequest CL 8 and the profile left of centre is probably that of the detached rock seen in D11930; Turner Bequest CL 13; both sketches form part of the same sequence.).
