There are four profiles here of low, apparently wooded hills. There are slight indications here and there of a windmill and perhaps castle towers or other buildings. They may be along the banks of Southampton Water, as this page falls within a sequence of views in the Southampton area; see also folio 59 recto opposite (D18104), and under folio 58 verso (D18102). In the foreground at the bottom there appears to be a tethered boat or large buoy with a marker flag.
