These are two views of Berlin, rendered inversely to one another. The prospect parallel to the gutter of the sketchbook shows the Schloss, taken from a vantage point close to the Zeughaus (Old Arsenal). Also visible is the Schlossbrücke crossing the River Spree.
The other sketch is a view along the Unter den Linden, a boulevard lined with double rows of lime and horse chestnut tress. Turner took this view from the corner of the Zeughaus looking westwards.
