The page contains a rough sketch of castle buildings. Finberg identified this as ‘Tancarville Castle’,1 and the location has been confirmed.2 The pointed roofs and arched gateway of the structure on the left correspond to those of the Châtelet d’Entrée, the castle’s entrance towards the town. (For further information on the castle see under folio 46 recto; D23788.)
