With the page turned horizontally, the view is to the south from Bregenz, with the Hohenbregenz fortress on its crag on the Gebhardsberg mountain, surmounted by the spire of the adjacent pilgrimage church, which is continued onto folio 3 verso (D32268). It is not clear whether the buildings at the bottom left are part of the same prospect or nearby.
