Tasty! </p><p><br></p><p>Take this quiz to find out which art snack is right for you! </p><p><br></p><p>You might get inspiration on some art you haven't seen before, or inspiration for a snack to eat right now. </p></p></section><section><h2><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You need something fruity! </span></p></h2><p><p>You’re one in a melon…like the art you love!</p><p><br></p><p><em>Lady with Fruit</em> is a paper collage that shows a female figure holding a number of brightly coloured fruits in her hands and lap. </p><p><br></p><p>The term collage is used to describe the technique of pasting paper cut-outs onto a surface. </p><p><br></p><p>The artist, Benode Behari Mukherjee started collaging when he lost his sight. He used simple shapes in flat colours, which were cut out with the help of assistants at his art school in India. He then composed these pictures from memory. </p></p></section><section><h3><p>Get cooking!</p></h3><p><p>Grab and go is not good enough for you. A cake that takes hours to bake? Not a problem. The important thing is that what you make, you can share with your friends.</p><p><br></p><p>The artwork above was painted by Louisa Matthíasdóttir, an Icelandic-American painter.</p><p><br></p><p>She started painting when she was very young, and went to study in Denmark, in Paris and New York. She uses broad brushstrokes, using simple but precise blocks of bright colour – like the blue of this beautiful tablecloth.</p></p></section><section><h3><p>Get your ice cream fix</p></h3><p><p>Chocolate, strawberry or vanilla? Like ice cream, you need art to come in all sorts of flavours!</p><p><br></p><p>William Eggleston is one of the most influential photographers alive (he is a pretty cool guy himself!). </p><p><br></p><p>He is famous for his pictures of the American South and for showing that colour photography could also be ‘real art’. He would take pictures of old tyres, vending machines, empty Coca-Cola bottles and parking meters. </p><p><br></p><p>What is outside that you see every day but which interests you? Maybe you could take a photograph and become the next William Eggleston! </p></p></section><section><h3><p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">You need some beans! </span></p></h3><p><p>Beans, beans, good for your heart… Just like this pan and bowl, you need art which is ‘full of beans’!</p><p><br></p><p>This artwork is by Eduardo Paolozzi.
