Harrington MANN 1864–1937
Portraitist and decorative painter. Born 7 October 1864 in Glasgow. Studied at the Slade School under Legros and in Paris under Boulanger and Lefebvre. Exhibited at the R.A. from 1885 and with the International Society from 1898. R.P. 1900; founder member of the National Portrait Society 1911. One-man exhibition at the Leicester Galleries 1908. Died in New York 28 February 1937.
