This is a further sketch of the Roman bridge at Trier, most likely taken in the same sitting as the drawing on the opposite folio (Tate D28206; Turner Bequest CCLXXXVIII 20a). Turner has suggested a few boats in the foreground in swift curved strokes of the pencil.
