Come and celebrate the launch of The Story of Art without Men: An Illustrated Guide to Amazing Women Artists this International Women's Day at Tate Modern, with an exclusive, expertly-guided tour by art historian, Katy Hessel.
Fun for all the family, Hessel's tour will stop off at 5 works by artists who feature in her new book (for ages 8–108!), which will open your eyes to their wondrous ways of creating and introduce you to their fascinating lives and works.
Choose from two tour times, at 13.15 or 15.30.
Suitable for ages 8 years and above.
A public book signing in the Terrace Shop will also take place between 14.15 and 15.15.
All Tate Modern entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner street.
