Taking a critical look at the good (and bad) of porn as sex educator

Open workshop. Everyone Welcome.

Led by sex educator Gareth Esson, from Tailor. Tailor provides sex and relationships education services, resources and training for schools and other organisations working with young people.

This 90 minute participatory workshop will ask, if we try to look at porn critically, in what ways can porn be a ‘good’ sex educator and in what ways can it be a ‘bad’ one? Come to defend porn, come to chastise it or come to do a bit of both (or neither).

This project contains works and materials of an adult nature. Parental guidance is advised. Please speak to a member of staff for more information.
