Biography
Markus Schinwald (born 1973) is an Austrian visual artist. He lives and works in Vienna, Austria, and New York. Since 2021, Schinwald is professor at the Staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste, Karlsruhe. Previously, he taught phenomenology at Yale University.
