Technique and condition
A pencil and chalk drawing on a medium-weight, grey laid paper. The work is generally in good condition with surface dirt and general all-over discolouration. The support has been lined onto a collector's mount, which has then been attached onto a secondary mount.
On acquisition the drawing was removed from its secondary mount, dry-cleaned to reduce surface dirt and then pressed. It was mounted onto white museum board.
