Technique and condition
A chalk drawing on a lightweight, cream wove paper. The support has been stuck on to a secondary lining, which is attached to a backing board. The work is in good condition with surface dirt and general discolouration.
On acquisition it was removed from the mount, dry-cleaned to reduce surface dirt and then pressed. It was mounted onto white museum board.
