Screenprint, printed at Atelier Boer und Kähler, Hamburg and published by Kestner Gesellschaft, Hannover in an edition of 125, 25 1/2 × 17 3/4 (64.8×45)
Presented anonymously through the Friends of the Tate 1980
Lit: op.cit., no.171
The edition of 125 contained 30 in different colourways and 95 which were all the same: this print is a proof of one of the varied colourways. The image is related to some of the ‘Calcium Light Night’ configurations, and a version of it was used as a poster for Paolozzi's exhibition in Hannover in 1974.
