Catalogue entry

This page contains five sketches:
i. (top left) The Cathedral of St Benigne (centre) and the spire of St Philibert (right), Dijon, from the south, with a bridge over the River Ouche in the foreground, inscribed ‘[?] Eyot’ above.
ii. (top right) The façade of Notre Dame, Dijon.
iii. (lower left) The Musée des Beaux Arts (left), theatre (centre) and façade of St Michel, Dijon.
iv. (lower right) The façade of a church, too hastily sketched to be certainly identified but perhaps Notre Dame or St Michel if drawn with greater licence.
v. (below left, squeezed in along lower edge of page) A very slight and almost indecipherable view of a distant town, with a bridge to the right, again possibly Dijon.
