Catalogue entry

With the page turned horizontally, Plymouth is seen from the countryside to its east, with the Citadel silhouetted against afternoon light at the centre and Mount Edgcumbe across Plymouth Sound beyond. The subjects as far as folio 127 recto (D09358) are all identified or presumed sites within a few miles in and around Plymouth, suggesting a series of fairly short excursions.
Technical notes:
A dark brown, linear stain at the top is offset from folio 85 verso opposite (verso of D09310).
Verso:
Blank
