Catalogue entry

Inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation, the subject is continued on folio 93 recto opposite (D02600). On the present page there are additional details of architecture sketched towards the top right. The figures inscribed over the main drawing indicate the fenestration scheme of the front of the house visible from the road and the river.
For a note on the building see under folio 68 verso (D02569), and see also a further drawing on folio 99 verso (D02611).
