Catalogue entry

Views looking east and west along the Firth of Forth continue on this page from folio 43 verso (D13534). At the top of the page is a view looking east towards the north shore of the Forth and the island of Inchgarvie. The sketches below show the view east looking towards what is probably Blackness Castle which can just be made out at the bottom left. (For more information see 43 verso).
A small tear at the top of the page has been repaired.
