Established in 1988 with the mission of advocating the inclusion of historically marginalised photographic practices, Autograph ABP is a charity that works internationally in photography, cultural identity, race, representation and human rights. In this keynote address the Director, Mark Sealy MBE, discusses the role and aim of their public programme and Archive & Research Centre in addressing a gap in the visual representation of Britain’s cultural history and its diverse communities.
