Common Ground, part of A World in Common 2023, Tate Modern © Tate Photography (Lucy Green)

Created by multidisciplinary artist Ronan Mckenzie, Common Ground is a place to use and enjoy; whether you would like to work, research, connect or simply rest. Inspired by A World in Common: Contemporary African Photography, Mckenzie hopes Common Ground will ignite ideas and offer a comfortable space to spend time.

Choose from a selection of reference books selected by the exhibition’s curator Osei Bonsu, and Ronan Mckenzie. Or read and enjoy our library.

Please leave the books within the space for others to enjoy.
