How do I buy or renew my pass?

To guarantee entry to our galleries, tickets need to be pre-booked for all visitors and so if you wish to combine buying your pass with entry to Tate St Ives then please email email@example.com at least 24 hours in advance and we can ensure there are tickets waiting for you on the front desk for once we have processed your Locals’ Pass.
Please do not email us your documentation, simply bring it with you on your next visit.
Can I just turn up at the gallery with my pass?
