Start your day in a special way with a morning of live music and a glass of fizz in the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden

Join us for an intimate musical performance in the unique atmosphere of the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden before we open to the public. Enjoy a glass of fizz and pastries with special early access to the museum and garden in the morning hours.

Serafina Steer will be performing her new album for electric harp The Mind is a Trap. This epic, filmic and hypnotic series of compositions are interspersed with songs including a setting of poetry by art writer Sally O’Reilly, a Pet Shop Boys-esque meditation on the nightclub and self-emancipatory rap. Steer also plays bass guitar in violin-led band Bas Jan - a postpunk-ish trio (with Rachel Horwood and Charlie Stock) with electric harp and keyboards in JARV IS (Jarvis Cocker’s new live band project).
