Join Bridget Virden of the Meanwhile Club for a workshop in which we will create winter wreaths drawing upon images of flowers and foliage found in the paintings and tapestries of Edward Burne-Jones. Using natural materials such as ivy and other winter evergreens we will be assisted by Bridget to weave these onto a straw base. You may bring a sighted companion but due to limited capacity only Blind participants will be able to make a wreath. Tate's Access Volunteers will be also be available to guide and to help.
