Join trans and intersex activists as they discuss what a more inclusive UK could look like

Courageous trans and intersex activists – AGE UK activist Ruth Rose, Gendered Intelligence CEO Jay Stewart, intersex activist, writer and academic Valentino Vecchietti, black feminist writer performer Chloe Filani, trans disability activist and life model Leo Ace Collins, TransPunk Elder Wellbeing Practitioner and Hotpencil press co-founder Serge Nicholson, visual artist Soofiya, Author and Nail Transphobia founder Charlie Craggs, with E-J Scott from the Museum of Transology – will recount how decades of their work has led to the UK’s trans rights movement, and to discuss current intersex activism, visibility and the continuing struggle for equal rights to bodily integrity.

Led by KUCHENGA, this trans and intersex occupation of the Tate’s 1840s gallery will bring together these communities to imagine what a genderqueer future in the UK might look like.
