Step into a sacred space where time slows, worries fade, and your spirit can breathe. Sacred Space Sistars is a nourishing and intimate half-day retreat offering a sanctuary to reflect, create, and reconnect with your most radiant self.
Led by Emmanuelle Marcel, the Artistic Director of Kamitan Arts, attendees will be taken on a transformative multi-disciplinary experience that blends breathwork, visualisation, relaxation, free movement, positive affirmations, expressive writing, and heartfelt sharing. The retreat is rooted in the wisdom of Indigenous Egypt, and participants will be guided to balance their energies, awaken their creative essence and to develop self-care techniques.
Join Emmanuelle and journey through Ancient Egypt, with a supportive circle of ‘sistars’ and nature’s embrace.
