15 September 2018 at 12.00–13.00
Picture of Great Britain

Join Deaf Guide and Architect Martin Glover for a tour of Tate Britain

In this tour of Tate Britain looking at its architecture from the viewpoint of its main periods of development: Victorian, 1930s, 1970s, Postmodern 1980s and most recently the 2016 redevelopment of the main entrance and rotunda. Martin will describe the features of each of these architectural styles and we will discuss the impact these styles have on the way in which we enjoy the building and the way in which the art is displayed.
