The Big Lunch: A Common Ground

Come together with friends and neighbours to meet, greet and eat together and take part in creative garden activities, with Millbank Creative Works

We’d love to invite you to The Big Lunch, the UK’s biggest annual get together for neighbours, and the local opening of A Common Ground - Tate Britain’s new temporary garden, designed by the collective, Something & Son. The garden includes a series of voice activated water features, a greenhouse and edible plants from around the world.

To celebrate the opening of A Common Ground and The Big Lunch, we invite you to paint a pot, plant a seed, make giant paper flowers and enjoy a reading of the Extraordinary Gardener with the author, Sam Boughton at 13.00 and 15.00.
