a pair of hands seen from above, preparing Kimchi

Learn how to make this popular Korean delicacy of spicy pickled cabbage

Find out more about the Korean Kimjang (an old tradition of preparing large quantities of kimchi before the start of winter) and chop and prepare your own kimchi dish, with Sam Collins from Something & Son and Sooyeon Oh. Bring a cabbage and a container to take your kimchi home.

This workshop is free, but there is limited capacity, so please arrive promptly if you wish to take part.
