Join us after hours for an evening of art, music, dance, making and conversation

From candle making to digital sound art, join us for this special late night event. We'll have music from Forest Swords throughout the evening starting at 17.30 and street food and cocktails in our café. Last orders for food will be 21.00 and last orders for drink will be 21.15.

Book tickets to see our Radical Landscapes exhibition. Students (and staff) who attend University of Liverpool, Liverpool Hope University and City of Liverpool College get free entry into the exhibition. Just show a valid student card. If you're aged 16-25, sign up for a free Tate Collective account and get £5 exhibition tickets plus discounts in our shop and café.

18.00-20.00 Rewriting Radical Landscapes

Drop in to this writing prompt challenge with Co-Director of University of Liverpool's Literature and Science Hub, Dr. Sam Solnick. Find this in our foyer.

Dancer Mohan Welstand-Keryk will perform a new piece inspired by Radical Landscapes.

18.15-20.00 Beeswax candle making workshop

Join artist and beekeeper Andrea Ku in our studio for a drop-in candle making workshop. Take your creation home with you.

18.15-18.45 Speculative Fiction and Imagined Landscapes talk

Hear from Will Slocombe, Lecturer at University of Liverpool, as he discusses what the future might look like in fiction. This talk will take place in our Hospitality suite on the ground floor. Recommended age 18+.

19.20-19.30 Vocal performance

Enjoy a performance by vocalist Saga Brink inspired by Radical Landscapes and performed in our café.

19.30-20.00 Curator's talk

Learn about our Radical Landscapes exhibition with Curator Darren Pih. Ticket into Radical Landscapes is required. Book here.

20.00-20.45 Imagined Soundscapes workshop

Create a 3D soundscape inspired by our exhibition. Work with Dr. Jackie Waldock and Ian Costabile, specialists in Sonic Ethnography and Sound Spatialisation from University of Liverpool, to form a digital sound masterpiece using sounds from our catalogue. No experience required. This will take place in our Group Reception Room on the ground floor.
