Tate Modern Workshop

Crystal Lobster Necklace Workshop with Tatty Devine

3 December 2022 at 15.30–17.30

Learn how to make a surreal recycled red Crystal Lobster Necklace with original art jewellers, Tatty Devine

Join art jewellers Tatty Devine for a jewellery-making workshop. Team Tatty will teach you how to make your own recycled acrylic Crystal Lobster Necklace in a festive pop art red colourway.

From hand-linking laser cut pieces together to adding serious under-the-sea sparkle with glittering crystals and adding a gold or silver-toned chain: don’t delay, snap up your ticket today. After the workshop, it's yours to keep or pop in to that someone special’s stocking.

This is an intermediate workshop suitable for those who have some experience using pliers. Please wear flat, closed-toe shoes.

If you're under 16, you need to attend with an adult who has also booked a place.

All Tate Modern entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner street.

There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Nathalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

  • Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
  • A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
  • Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
