Maya Rochat: Living in a Painting

14 October 2018 at 17.00–19.00
Maya Rochat and Buvette, Living in a painting, 2017

Maya Rochat and Buvette, Living in a painting, 2017

Maya Rochat presents a live painting performance in the Tanks, featuring sound artist Buvette

Rochat, an artist who's featured in Tate Modern's current exhibition Shape of Light, will activate her large-scale photographic hangings and projections and engage with the surrounding space. This will create a moving, contemplative collage; allowing the mutating image to reflect a world in a permanent flux. The performance will feature sound artist Buvette.
