Chain Reaction: How Are You?

5 November 2016 at 13.30–17.00

Rasheed Araeen, Zero to Infinity 1968–2007. Tate. © Rasheed Araeen.

Become part of a chain reaction of activities to find a meaningful answer to the question ‘how are you’?

Can art improve your mood? Does colour lift your spirits?

Focusing on the value of art for wellbeing and positive mental health, Chain Reaction invites you to take part in activities and meet artists to find the perfect prescription for happiness.

Featuring artist Jessica Voorsanger and in partnership with AdArt, The Dragon Café, Studio Upstairs and Arts Network.
