Join us for a cinematic summer screening of a selection of Tate Kids short films, including an animated story about iconic artist Frida Kahlo in Becoming an Artist: Frida Kahlo.
See a film where kids interview this summer's UNIQLO Tate Play artist, Lina Lapelytė as well as an animation about Mildred - the creative gallery cat who used to live in Tate Modern.
This will be a relaxed viewing suitable for all ages in Tate Modern's Starr Cinema (next to Tate Draw). The films are all less than around 5 minutes long.
There will not be allocated seats and there will be some low lighting. Subtitles will be provided on all films. Food is not permitted in the space but you are welcome to bring packed lunches at eat them in the cafe or Starr Foyer (by Tate Draw).
Free, drop-in, no ticket required.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Mildred the Copycat is available to buy at Tate Shop in-gallery and online.

All Tate Modern entrances are step-free. You can enter via the Turbine Hall and into the Natalie Bell Building on Holland Street, or into the Blavatnik Building on Sumner street.
There are lifts to every floor of the Blavatnik and Nathalie Bell buildings. Alternatively you can take the stairs.
- Fully accessible toilets are located on every floor on the concourses.
- A quiet room is available to use in the Natalie Bell Building on Level 4.
- Ear defenders can be borrowed from the Ticket desks.
