The Turner Prize is heading to Tate St Ives, where visitors will experience the work of some of the most exciting contemporary artists in Britain today.
Each year, the prize is awarded to a British artist for an outstanding exhibition or other presentation of their work. Named after the radical painter J. M. W. Turner, the Turner Prize was first awarded in 1984.
The 2027 shortlist will be announced in spring, followed by an exhibition of their work at Tate St Ives in the autumn. The winner will be announced in December.
