Inspired by the Wilhelmina Barns-Graham exhibition, Winter Festival 2026 brings together artists, scientists and local communities to imagine what solutions are needed to ensure a healthier, more resilient future for people and planet.
The festival invites people of all ages to come together creatively. Enjoy performances, talks, workshops, gallery interventions and more. Contributors include artist Rebecca Moss and her playful participatory work Shapeshifter. The full programme will be announced soon.

The Net Positive Centre for Health and Climate Solutions is led by The University of Exeter and partners across the UK, and is a national focus for research, networking and capacity building. The Centre provides the basis for furthering scientific advances, policy advice and innovation that will address climate-environment-health inequalities across the life course. The Centre is supported by UKRI through its Securing better health, ageing and wellbeing strategic theme, [grant number ES/Z504245/1].

There is step-free access from front and rear entrances.
One accessible parking space is available at the top rear entrance to Tate St Ives in the Barnoon Reserved car park, TR26 1JD. When looking at the sea, this carpark is to the right of the larger Barnoon Long Stay carpark. The parking space is first come first served. Booking is essential. Please book by phoning 01736 796 226 at least 24 hours in advance.
Once you have parked, you will enter via the Staff Entrance across the level terrace, approximately 10 meters from the parking space. From here, staff will facilitate your access to the gallery but may not be able to accompany you in the lift to the gallery level.
Three wheelchairs are available to reserve for free. Bookings should be made at least 24 hours before visiting.
Our passenger lift can accommodate wheelchairs with a width of no more than 80cm and a length of no more than 140cm. If you are using a chair of greater size please contact us and we can support an alternative route to our galleries.
Assistance and support animals are welcome.
A fully accessible Changing Places toilet is located close to Gallery 1. It has a height-adjustable changing bench and hoist. There is another accessible toilet close to Gallery 6.
