Photograph albums and negatives by Vanessa Bell

Available online are a large quantity of photographic negatives belonging to, and taken by, Vanessa Bell from the early twentieth century to the 1950s. Many of the photographs show her family and friends, including key figures within the Bloomsbury Group, both posing for the camera and also during carefree moments at her home, Charleston Farmhouse.

The images are a mixture of family portraits, nudes and studies, with most photographs taken during carefree moments at Charleston.
