Picasso's signature is perhaps one of the most recognisable signatures in the world. When he was alive, his signature was so valuable that receivers of any cheques he made would sell the cheque rather than cash them in.
Most of his paintings have this trademark signature. It became the stamp of a Picasso piece. Sometimes, Picasso liked to blend them into the work, almost as if the signature became a part of the art.
