Biography

Robert Ladbrooke (1768 – 11 October 1842) was an English landscape painter who, along with John Crome, was a founder of the Norwich School of painters.

His sons Henry (20 April 1800 – 18 November 1870) and John Berney Ladbrooke (1803 – 11 July 1879) were also associated with the Norwich School and were accomplished artists in their own right.
