Technique and condition
A double-sided watercolour on lightweight cream laid paper. The work is in good condition with noticeable surface dirt.
On acquisition the support was removed from its mount and old tapes and adhesives removed. The surface was dry-cleaned to reduce surface dirt and then pressed. It was inlaid and mounted onto while museum board.
