Across folios 74 verso–75 (D26061–D26062; CCLXVII 76a–77) is a sketch of the Eildon Hills made by Turner on his journey between Dryburgh and Melrose on 8 August 1831. The view is from the east and shows Melrose vale on folio 74 verso.
