Catalogue entry

This is one of a number of studies of hulks (decommissioned, dismasted warships) and other shipping interspersed with topographical sketches in the Hamoaze and lower reaches of the River Tamar north-west of Plymouth Sound between 3 recto and 29 recto (D09671–D09703). Falling between views north up the Hamoaze to Saltash, this may show the western shoreline looking in the opposite direction.
