Catalogue entry

Continued from folio 61 verso (D13568) is a view of Lauriston Castle and the Firth of Forth with Inchkeith island. At the bottom right of the present page, drawn with the book inverted is a tiny sketch of a building that may be Roslin Chapel, which can be seen in sketches of Roslin Castle in this sketchbook (folio 40; D13527) and the inside of which Turner sketched (folio 53; D13561).
